Missions
Lifegate Christian Church Missions
At Lifegate Christian Church we desire to demonstrate the love of God in practical ways and see disciples of Jesus made in Australia and throughout the world.
Throughout Asia we support ministries in Islamic nations doing humanitarian projects, building of water tanks and wells, and through another ministry conducting Leadership training, Media ministries (radio, internet and print), and Women’s ministry. All these programs and projects are developed in a way that through they are able to share the gospel and the love of Jesus while also blessing the Community they are in.
Australian Aboriginal Outreach Ministries
We partner with the Australian Aboriginal Outreach Ministries (AAOM). We support Brett and Justine Wiltshire who are the national directors, based out of Halls Creek, WA; and Warren and Sheena Luscombe who pastor at Fitzroy Crossing, WA. As part of our support we also provide financial and practical support for projects throughout aboriginal communities and churches.
Africa
We donate money each month to Operation Africa who supply Bibles to soldiers in the African armies.
Thailand
We are linked with Mercy International through supporting 2 sponsor children in their children’s homes, and raising money to support projects in the House of Mercy children’s homes and farming endeavours through the sale of coffee and donations.
In 2014 we began supporting Wolfgang and Dianne Sue who are doing community development work in the Issan region of Thailand – one of the poorest and most unreached part of Thailand. To find out more about what they do and to follow their progress, you can go to their website: www.wolfganganddianne.wordpress.com
India
We support work done in India in unreached people groups.
